Reveal Day At Sketches In Thyme . . .and some yummy blog candy!

Good morning ladies, I'm so excited to share with you my DT layout for our  reveal day over at
Sketches In Thyme

We have a talented group of ladies on our DT.
Please pay us a visit and see what my fellow mavens have created!  We have a little blog candy for our reveal.

The rules are to visit each Maven, leave a comment on their blog, and the also on the challenge blog. One winner will be chosen by random.org on Wednesday, June 9. This prize is open to all countries.
Here is the list:
Our first layout sketch is by Jessica Cowan aka Scrapiopath, sketch #34.  You can check out her blog  at http://scrapiopath.blogspot.com/
I have fallen in love with October Afternoon's papers.  I love the vintage look to them and love how this layout turned out.  These pictures date back to 1940, and are of my mom and her brothers.  They attended a one room school house, which also was the office of the local dentist. At the time my mom and her family lived in Fort Chipewyan, Alberta, on the border of the northwestern territories. I have so enjoyed using these pictures that my mom gave me.  I have a lot of them and can't wait to do some more layouts.
Almost all of the products on my layout came from the May kit at Midnight Rooster.  This a brand spanking new blog and the kit was jammed packed!
