Hi everyone!  I'm here with you today to share a layout I created using

Frosted Designs March kit, "A Moment In Time." I love the papers in this month's kit with the rich colors of turquoise, black and pink. I did a lot of fussy cutting, distressing, masking, misting and stamping.

I worked with a picture of my Mom when she was a little girl.  Love the innocence in the picture. I did a lot of fussy cutting and tearing and distressing!  I took some of the Tim Holtz Picked Raspberry paint from the kit and added it to a mister along with some water to do some subtle misting on my background.  I also used the paint to color some of the lace from the kit.  I also used the paint on the butterfly along with some Lindy's Stamp Gang Magicals, Bachelor Button Blue from the Prairie Wildflower Magical set which you can find in the Frosted Designs store here.

Here I've added a cluster of flowers which include the pink Prima Soporano flowers from the kit along with a blue Kaisercraft flower from the store which I dabbed with some of the African Jade Silks Acrylic glaze from the kit.

Merry Christmas Canvas

Hi everyone!  I know it is a busy time of the year for a lot of us.  Hard to get some crafty time in.  My shopping is done and I'm half way through wrapping.  I still have Christmas cards to send out and cookie baking, which will have to wait until the weekend.  I wanted to share a canvas with you today that I created using the new December Mixed Media Paper Kit from Frosted Designs.
