His Heart Full of Bright Hopes

Hi everyone!  Today I have a tag to share that I created for the More Than Words Mini Challenge.   Create a Card, Tag, ACT or Postcard and use the word bright.  It felt great to use a lot of my older papers and flowers, all by Prima.

Here are a few closeups:

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Explore - More Than Words July Challenge

Hi everyone!  Hope you are enjoying the weekend!  I've been doing my best to stay indoors.  It's been extremely hot and humid. I've got a layout to share that I created for the July Challenge at

You  must incorporate the word explore along with arrows in your project.

I live in a rural area just outside of the city.  My house sits on 5 1/2 acres of land and it is normal to see lots of wildlife.  Deer, rabbits, foxes and the occasional coyote.  I was watching rabbits hop around the other day looking for food.  It made me wonder what is is like for a animal to explore their surroundings.  I came across the photo I used on Pinterest.  Thought the mouse was the cutest little thing.  Couldn't help but wonder what he/she was out and about for.

I found some old letter stickers in my stash along with some metal arrows.

I used several pieces of chipboard from 2Crafty Chipboard to created a scene around the picture.  I embossed the Avery Vines, Mini Branches and Viney Frame Circles with various shades of green embossing powders.  I thought the Viney Frame Circle looked like a continuous line of arrows.

Added this additional title from 2Crafty Chipboard Arrow Word Set.  I applied some Prima Art Stones around the base and sides of the picture and added some brown and green microbeads.

Together

Hi everyone!  I've got a layout to share that I created with fabulous
chipboard by 2Crafty Chipboard today.

I made this layout  for a special friend of mine and based it off the current challenge over at More Than Words March Challenge, Beautiful & Butterfly.  To me, my friend and her husband are a beautiful couple, full of love for each other, family and friends.

I love the mixture of embossing powders I used on the Foliage Cluster and Frame Celia's, a mixture of black and bright blue.

Tucked beneath the flowers I used a piece from the Leafy Shrub Set 2, embossed with a couple shades of green.

I kept the title simple, applying some pink ink. It is part of the Mini Word Set 2.

I'll be back in a few days to share another layout with you.
