I've Been Busy . . .

Life for me has been hectic the past several weeks and my crafting time has taken a hit.  Life can be rough and sometimes things you love, like my scrapbooking are effected.  Too much on my mind, and little creativity.  I did however manage to get two layouts done for DT assignments.
First off there is a new challenge over at These Are A Few Of My Favorite Things . . . your favorite past time.
Well you all know I love to scrapbook, but I also love gardening, so I scrapped about my flower garden:

Lots of Prima on this one!

I've also got a layout to share with you that I made using the March kit from Artful Delight:
The pictures date back to 1991, when the little ones were Easter egg hunting.  The little boy wearing the red pants is my son!
This is such a fun kit!  There are still a few left, you can one order here.
The weather here is still back and forth.  Warm one day, cold the next.  I did manage to get a little yard work done this weekend.  I was excited to see little bits of plants popping up and my jonquils are in bloom!

Oh wow, your flower garden is just gorgeous, look at all that colour, how perfect for those prima papers, how do you fit all that in with children and scrapping. I love the bottom layout and those letters I just must use, they look awesome, I am guessing those photos are about 20 years old, what great memories for you. Melxx

Oh, Debbie, your layout is just so very beautiful!

Unfortunately, I know so well how hectic life can be, but isn't it wonderful that things DO get better -- it's called being blessed!
