The Coach

We've had some wild weather here in Maryland.  It's been a roller coaster of a ride with the temperatures.  Sunday brought us temps near 60 with heavy rains.  Sunday evenings rain turned into snow!  Monday morning temps were in the 30's with icy roads.  How many days till Spring?
My layout is of my grandfather
who coached the RCMP ice hockey team:
I used the new Sports Edition II collection by Teresa Collins.  Here are a few closeups:

It's Tuesday and that means a new sketch challenge over at Frosted Designs Sketch Aong Tuesdays Challenge and the debut layouts from our new members of our sketch DT! My layout is based on the wonderful sketch Diana created:
Our March sponsor  is Sweet Peach Crop Shop

Please stop on over and give our new DT members a warm welcome and check out what our other designers have created.  You have until 3/21 to link up your project for a chance to win Sweet Peach Crop Shops Sweet Kit!

Had to laugh at your comment re: bring on Spring, we are saying bring on Winter here, although our winters never get lower than approx 9 degrees here, still a bit hot here. The weather seems to be exaggerated all around the world and we got the warnings last night about more rain (and lots) of it coming our way....I love your layout, your granddad was a handsome man, great layout to pay tribute to him. Your layout is really fun! I've been doing a lot of lurking lately--not much commenting so I thought I'd drop in and say hi! :-)
