A Walk In The Park Layout And The Winner of My Blog Candy!

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr it's cold outside!  We've had below normal temps here in Maryland this week.  The weekend  is suppose to warm up, then next week the temperatures drop again.  I've finished my Christmas shopping,  the house is decorated and I've begun baking Christmas cookies.  It's hard to believe in two weeks it will be Christmas Eve.
We have a new challenge at Stuck On U Sketches today, and it is a Die Cut Paper Challenge.  Floren, the owner of Generations Crafting, one of SOUS sponsors  sent us some die cut papers by Bo Bunny.  Thanks Floren!  I had several to choose from and ended up using the Peace Die Cut paper from the Flower Child Collection.
I used papers from two Echo Park collections, A Walk In The Park and Sweet Summertime.
To add a little detail to my layout I stitched with some floss around the circle of the die cut paper and also around the smaller of the three clouds.  I added a few birds and punched some butterflies from a Martha Stewart punch, and of course added a lot of pop up dots!  The picture is of my daughter and my sister  18 years ago.
I want to thank everyone who joined in on Frosted Designs Holiday Blog Hop!  Sure hope that everyone had fun!  I was amazed by all the the beautiful entries we received for our glitter challenge and sketch challenge.  Check out the winners here for our glitter challenge and blog hop winner.  There is still time left to enter the sketch challenge over at Frosted Designs.  You have until 12:00 non (est) Monday, December 13th to enter for a chance to win the December kit from Artful Delight!
Now on to the winner of my blog candy . . .
Mary!
Congratulations Mary!   Please email me at mdjsburns@aol.com with your mailing information!

Thanks for stopping by!
Happy Holidays!
