Amazing Day - 2Crafty Chipboard

Hi everyone!  It's that time of the month when I get to share my two projects created for 2Crafty Chipboard!

I love fall colors with their deep rich tones.  I used a picture of a dear friend of mine and was inspired by the colors in the picture. I applied some random misting on the background.

I embossed the Frame Handrawn Heart with a mixture of spice and chili powder.  On each side of my photo I added Addy's Butterflies, embossed with spice, sage and turquoise embossing powders. Beneath the butterfly is the new Swaying Branches embossed with a distressed brown powder.

A close up of the Swaying Branches and Leafy Rounds Chipboard pieces.  I added some twig and paprika microbeads.

Here I've used the new Amazing Day title embossed with brown and chili.

2Crafty Chipboard used:

Addy's Butterflies
Frame Handrawn Hearts
Amazing Day
Leafy Rounds
Swaying Branches

I'll be back in a few days to share my second project.

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Thanksgiving!

Simple Moments - The International Scrapbook Garden

Hi everyone!
I'm back today to share another project, a canvas,  reated  for The International Scrapbook Garden, using  the Garden Kit, Sunkissed.

SunkissedDebbieCanvas.jpg
I did a lot of fussy cutting with the beautiful Lemoncraft papers from the kit to created lots of layers.
On the background of the canvas I used two different stencils.  I added a very small amount of the Lindy's Stamp Gang Flat Fabio Spray Hisbiscus Rose from the main kit to some paint first and covered the canvas.  I then used the same mixture with a flourish stencil.  Next I added a very small amount of the 13 Arts Turquoise paint from the Mixed Media Bonus Kit  with some modeling past and added some flowers.

Here are some close ups:

I hope I've inspired you today!  Head on over to the store to purchase your Sunkissed Kit.

My DT package arrived  full of beautiful Autumn papers, flowers and embellishments.  Can't wait to create and share with you.

Thanks for stopping by!

Wonder - The International Scrapbook Garden

Hi everyone! I have another layout to share using the Sunkissed Garden Kit,  by The International Scrapbook Garden. I'm in love with the beautiful Lemoncraft papers and ephemera cards.  Lots of beautiful images to fussy cut and add to your layout.

The background paper is part of the main Sunkissed kit.  I did a lot of fussy cutting from other papers in the main kit and the Bonus Paper Kit.  I used the Lindy's Magical, Yodeling Yellow from the Mixed Media Bonus Kit on the background.  I mixed some of the magical with a little water and added some white paint.

A piece of yellow foamiran comes in the Embellishment Bonus Kit.  I've never worked with it before.  I've seen videos on making flowers with it, but I decided to use a doily die with it.  The pretty rose badge is also from the Embellishment Bonus Kit.

Here you can see multiply layers of fussy cut items, along with the doily cut from the yellow foamiran.  I added some pearls and flowers, both from the main kit.

The chipboard title is from my stash.  I colored it with the Lindy's Flat Fabio Spray, Hibiscus Rose which comes in the main Sunkissed Kit.

Again, lots of layering from elements in the Sunkissed Main Kit and Embellishment Bonus Kit.

There are still kits available to purchase.  Check them out here in the store.

Products from my stash:
White Paint
Prima Doily Die
2Cratfy Chipboard Title

I hope I've inspired you!
Thanks for stopping by!
